All in all everything was nice, had a very enjoyable stay for our 3 week vacation. The setting of hotel was comfy and absolutely perfect, to airport terminal. Moreover, it was adjacent to the restaurant.

Location: the hotel was close to nice local bars/restaurants within close a walk and the taxi and the hiking paths being close by. The staff was really helpful and extremely helpful as we expected.

The unit we got was a nice size and fashionable with balkony, a comfortable bed plus good Wifi. The highlight was the savoury food. The management was really helpful and patient, as well as the staff. The location was nice and unbeatable in a very pleasant area, near nearby Raunheim.

We loved this place! The location in a more industrial area gave us a peaceful and quiet stay. The room was spacious and luxurious, with all the necessary amenities like ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The terrace provided a great spot to relax and enjoy the garden furniture. The staff was friendly and provided excellent room service. The shuttle service to and from the airport was very convenient and saved us money.

We would definitely recommend this place to our friends.

We enjoyed the stay very much. It is outside of town with conveint local shopping as well. The local restaurants were very good. The Room was nice and large with a small kitchenette and eating area. Also we enjoyed the balcony when the airlines weren't using the approach that brought them in for the landing

1) Miss communication between Booked.net and Mercure left us in a mess to be picked up from the airport after having travelled over 19 hours from Africa. The Mercure did pay the taxi fair for the mishap but it took us 2 hours from the time we called Mercure Wings until we finally arrived at the Hotel. 2) Our room had a free soft drink bar and a coffee maker. Each day except for the last we had to ask the front desk for replenishments. They did respond but it wasn't appropriate.

The hotel provides a hot water kettle with instant coffee and tea. The rooms have excellent acoustic parameters and are kept clean. Staff is courteous and the breakfast spread has plenty of options. Parking is available for a fee.

The room was spacious and comfortable, offering a good night's sleep before my early flight. The hotel's Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, perfect for catching up on work emails from back home. The hotel is located in a quiet area, yet close to restaurants and a supermarket.

The noise from the corridors was disturbing during parts of the night, and the lack of a fridge in the room was a bit inconvenient. However, despite those two minor inconveniences, the hotel offered excellent value for money during my business trip near the Frankfurt airport.

Clean and efficient. As good as one would expect from a medium range hotel.
